Feldberg Capital established in 2008, is an independent privately owned firm, offering its institutional clients real estate solutions in Germany. At present, Feldberg Capital has over €350 million assets under management / advisory. The firm’s shareholders and directors are Rodney Bysh and Markus Hofmann.
Feldberg Capital is characterized by the extensive and long experience of its team in the areas of real estate portfolio management, real estate investment, asset management, banking and finance, and is a member of INREV.

Immobilien-Spezialfonds
Under the brand name EuropaFeldberg we offer German and Austrian institutional investors European investment strategies and Immobilien-Spezialfonds regulated by the German Investment Act (Investmentgesetz). To this end, in 2010 we created a joint venture company with one of the most prestigious European real estate fund managers, Europa Capital, based in the United Kingdom.
